1. Who we are
Huntr City is made by DEVHOUSE. [Legal review: operating legal entity, address, governing law.]
2. The game is a parody and a simulation
Huntr City is fan-made satire. People, companies and brands shown are not affiliated with it and have not endorsed it. See Parody and trademarks.
3. Virtual currencies and items
- Cash and Huntr Bucks are a limited license to use in-game features. They are not money, have no real-world value and can never be exchanged, redeemed or cashed out.
- Huntr Bucks do not convert to Cash and can't be transferred or gifted. Cash gifting between friends, where offered, has limits.
- Selling, buying or trading accounts, items or currency for real money outside the game is not allowed.
- There is no gambling: no casino and no betting on races, fights or events.
4. Paper trading is not financial advice
The Trade app shows real market prices for entertainment. All trades are simulated with in-game Cash. Nothing in the game or on this site is financial, investment or tax advice.
5. Online conduct
No harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, scams, impersonation or sharing personal information. We can mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. [Legal review: full code of conduct and enforcement.]
6. Creator program
Claims, creator codes and any revenue share are governed by separate creator terms that will be provided before any payout. Nothing here promises earnings.
7. Invites and rewards
Invite rewards are in-game only, can change, and can be withdrawn for abuse such as fake or duplicate accounts.
8. Future features
Features described as planned, including token launches through MemeHuntr, may never ship. If they do, they will come with their own terms and risk disclosures.
9. Purchases and refunds
