Is Huntr City real money?
No. Cash and Huntr Bucks are in-game currencies with no real-world value. Nothing in the game can be cashed out, sold for money or traded between players for money. The Trade app uses real market prices, but every trade is paper: you trade Cash you earned in the city.
What platforms is it on?
Web first, in the browser on desktop and mobile. An iPhone build follows for testers, then the App Store. Join the waitlist and pick where you want to play; invites go out in waves.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is announced before launch. The plan is free to play, with optional Huntr Bucks for character skins and premium cosmetics. No loot boxes, no random paid rewards.
What are Cash and Huntr Bucks?
Cash is earned by playing: jobs, hustles, races, fights and events. It buys rides, homes, fits and upgrades, and it is what you paper trade with. Huntr Bucks are the premium currency for character skins and premium drip. Huntr Bucks never convert to Cash and can't be traded or gifted.
Am I in the game? Can I be removed or renamed?
The roster includes crypto KOLs and public figures as caricatures, shown under a variation of their name until they claim their character. If that is you and you would rather not be in it, or want a different name, use the opt-out page. Removal requests are honored, no claim needed.
Is there gambling?
No. There is no casino and no betting on races, fights or anything else with either currency. Races and events use fixed entry fees and fixed prizes.
Is it safe for my kids?
Huntr City is built for adults and older teens: it is a satire of crypto and money culture. Online chat has report, mute and block on every message, plus filters. An age rating will be set before store release.
Do I need a crypto wallet?
No. You don't need a wallet, an exchange account or any crypto to play. Nothing in the game asks for a seed phrase. Anyone who does is not us.
Can I launch a token in Huntr City?
Not today. Token launches through MemeHuntr are a planned future feature. If they ship, they will use your own wallet, sit completely outside the game economy and carry clear risk notices.
Are the companies and brands in the game partners?
No. Huntr City is a fan-made parody. Company names and logos are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify them, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Market headlines are generated by the game and published by Huntr Wire, not any real outlet.
I'm a KOL. How does the creator program work?
Verify your X account to claim your character: your real name and handle go live and you get a creator code. A share of sales of your character skin is held in escrow under your handle. Program terms, rates and payout rules are published before any payout, and payouts require identity and tax checks. Nothing here is a promise of earnings.
